Research and Survey Institute GEOTECH will take part at the 16th International Conference of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR 2016) in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University on 13-16 June 2016. Geophysicist of our company will present the paper «Developing GPR Surveys, Data Processing and Interpretation Techniques for Criminal Gravesites Location» and new technical solutions.

This Conference is a longstanding traditional event that brings together scientists, engineers, industrial delegates, manufacturers, software engineers, and end-users working in all GPR areas, ranging from fundamental electromagnetics, antenna design, algorithm development to applications of all kinds.

Topics of GPR 2016 will include novel developments of GPR systems and antenna, advanced data and image processing algorithms, geology, archaeology, civil engineering applications like underground utility surveying, infrastructures, buildings, geo-technics, landmine detection, and cultural heritage, security applications, among others. 

Research and Survey Institute GEOTECH will feature a presentation of new technical solutions and demonstrate our equipment. Visitors will be able to see a lightweight, portable; two-channel microprocessor control unit OKO-3, designed for managing all of a ground penetrating radar’s operating modes.

 

We will show MapScan system,wich is designed to locate the depth and position of utilities such as pipes,cabeles, reservoirs and drainage systems in variety of soil at different depths, and other products.
